To sign up for Member Self Service please enter your Surname, NI Number, Date of Birth and email address.
Your surname must match exactly what is held by your Pensions Administrator (if you surname has an apostrophe or is hyphenated please see your annual benefit statement to see how your surname is held on our system).
If your pension record matches the email address you submit, an email with an activation link will be sent to your registered email address. Otherwise an activation key will be posted within 3-5 working days.
